I have a Honda CRV. There is a bubbling sound when I switch

Customer Question

I have a Honda CRV. There is a bubbling sound when I switch on the engine. There is no oil or water alert and the car still runs okay. Can you advise?

Hopefully i can help..

Have you had any noticable issues in regards XXXXX XXXXX or any previous/recent work carried out on the car?

Where roughly do you hear this noise coming from?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No, I have had no issues with overheating nor had any work done recently.

The noise appears to be coming from the engine, but I can't determine from where.

Hi..Just a few other questions.

I know you say this starts on "start up i would asume" does it still do it on shut down?

I know you say you have checked the coolant but definatly sure it hasnt fallen at all?

What about turning on the aircon etc does this have any effect on it?

If you turn the steering left or right does the noise increase or decrease?

If you rev the engine does this change the noise?

Is this noise always there while the engine is running or does it ever go away?
