Re. Honda Accord Tourer 2007.I have replaced o/s seat airbag,

Customer Question

Re. Honda Accord Tourer 2007.I have replaced o/s seat airbag, curtain airbag, seatbelt and ecu module after side impact. I have been careful to replace with used but working items with same model numbers. Garage diagnostics are still showing original deployment faults and are unable to rest them. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Mike,

I do not know the code numbers, just that Halfords Garage said that their diagnostics were still showing that the 2 airbags and o/s seat belt had been deployed and that their equipment could not reset them.

I have since had my original ecu module cleared of crash data and am awaiting its return so that I can refit it.

The recommended autoelectrician in Stockport said that he was unable to help and that this was a main dealer issue and that my replacement ecu would need reprogramming first.
