Some inported vehicle come with the language installed you will need to check in settings to change to english depending on what system you have in your vehicle as they can be different from US and european market.

Check the links beloow for video tutorials to change the language settings but if your vehicle does not have languages pre installed you will need to replace the head unit with a European head unit and have it pregrammed at a Honda dealer.
