The IMA light will be indicating that it has detected a voltage irregularity in the hybrid battery, this will not effect the driving or the safety of the vehicle but may effect the performance. It may be that the Hybrid battery will need attention and this should be considered.
The first check would be to get the system checked using Honda software, this should reveal the source of the problem.
The fault is not critical but will effect mpg and efficiency.
I hope this answers your question but I want you to be 100% happy with the answer so do please feel free to ask any further details by replying to this thread. Thank you for using Just Answer

I would first check the tyres for any imperfections or stones trapped in the tread, this is quite a common source of such noises.
If there are no bits of debris in the tread, then the thread and face should be checked for any irregularities, this type of noise is normally tyre associated.
I could not say it was safe to drive, and would advise urgent repair / investigation.
I am sorry this is a different problem from the original question and a new thread would need to be started for me to continue to advise on this fault.
please give me a second I will check for you.
You should be able to go to the Just Answer home page and ask another question, this is all included in your membership.
This problem can then be looked at for you.
