we have a floor mounted oil boiler the flue goes up through the ceiling and out onto a flat roof, the ceiling leaks when we have driving rain near to where the pipe goes through the ceiling we have had a roofer in 4 times now and still problem occurs, he says that the pipe is dripping wet inside and that the pipe is one that should go horizontally, not straight up.

Hi you may need to check whether there is a joint within the ceiling that could be leaking and allowing that water through . this may involve making a small access hole in the ceiling . it may not actually be from the roof
