Our Vokera boiler is not operating properly and we have

Customer Question

Our Vokera boiler is not operating properly and we have called the company but can get no response. The line is constantly engaged. Our insurance company has given us a work job number 50BPFK. We have no hot water or heating. The red light comes on on the boiler and we represurrised the system. It then started flashing green but shortly returned to red. it appears that perhaps the pilot light may not be working. What can we do. We are both in our 70s with health problems

Make sure the condense pipe has not frozen.
Can you trace the 3/4" white plastic pipe from the boiler to the drain if it runs outside.

We wondered the same thing and have used a hair dryer on the pipe for about five minutes to try to see if it was frozen. No apparent result

Does it run outside? If so a kettle of boiling water over it usually works
