Sorry - just come on.
Do you still have a problem?
Hi, 90% of all the faults currently are due to frozen condense pipework.
Are you able to reach your outside - it will be 3/4" and white from the boiler but may increase in size outside?
Ok, boiler is full of water.
Does the boiler come on and then boil the water and overheat?
Ok, does it make the normal noises - fan, etc?
Sorry at work
Does it make the normal noises like when it starts but just not fire?
Does your model have a viewing window to see if it actually lights?
Can you disconnect the condense outside and see if you can blow backwards to the boiler?
With your mouth (perhaps with tissue around) and see if the line is clear.
You should be able to blow lightly all the way back to the condense trap.
This will ensure it is clear and there is no scum in the bottom of the trap
Woo hoo!
Perhaps disconnect outside and let it drip all over the floor rather than being able to freeze in the pipe until the weather gets better.
And you get to tell him you sorted it ;-P
