Is the gas still on - is the cooker working?
If so then press reset and let me know what happens
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I have pressed reset. The burner indicator came on for a minute or two then went off. I turned the temperature to max . The burner on the indicator light went on for a few more minutes and the boiler seemed to be working again. The light then went off again.

What is the pressure gauge reading?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
The pressure gauge read 62 but was falling. When I turned the temperature to max it went up to 76, but only for the time the ignition light was on and then began to fall again.

Pressure gauge - not temperature gauge?
Do you have the full model details?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Thanks. The heating engineer, who deals with the residential home's central heating, has very kindly come over from his home, twenty miles away, and has sorted out the problem.

No problem.
Did he say what the problem was?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
The problem concerned one oor two f the radiators at the top of the building. The radiators were drained of water and that impacted on the system.
