Customer Question

Good morning, my thermostat is displaying a maximum temperature of 9.5 degrees
JA: What happened just before your thermostat displayed this message?
Customer: My husband turned it off for the night and when I woke up I wanted to turn the heater on and found it like this
JA: How long has this been going on with your thermostat? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Only this morning\ I tried removing the batteries with no luck It's telling me that the room temperature is 2.5 degrees which I know it's not
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I just moved into this house and the thermostat was already here I also don't have the instruction manual
