I have an Idroflame Lucrezia pellet boiler that I'm assuming

Customer Question

Hello, I have an Idroflame Lucrezia pellet boiler that I'm assuming has a failed ignition plug/glow rod. However, I cant see where its located in order to replace it. Any ideas? Thanks
JA: Have you replaced any part of your boiler before? If so, how long ago?
Customer: The ignition plug went about 4 years ago but a technician came out to replace it.
JA: How long has this been going on with your boiler? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We know that if the boiler starts by using a standard fire lighter that we have an ignition problem. It just started yesterday.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: no thats it
