Hello, I haven't been able to identify your product from the designation of "s79120c" - please can you tell me the make, and what it is?

Honeywell heating control I have a photo of the item but there doesn’t seem to be anyway to upload it
Is there an email I can send you and attach it
I don’t find this just ask system user friendly
Look for the paper clip icon to post the photo ūüėä

where?
Customer: replied 12 days ago.
You have the Honeywell reference for the heating control and surely should able to resolve from that – if not where is the paper clip you refer to for he photo re paying you another 16£ I have already paid £5 and this should be enough to resolve something fairly simple like this – at age 76 I have to keep warm but do not have much spare money

I have doublechecked hte ref and the reason you cannot identify is likely that the second letter is T - so ST9120C
at my age my sight is not so good
Here is a link to the manual for the Honeywell ST9120C programmer.

Please let me know if you need any more help with it.

have updated time and date - today will programme - one question - dont understand why when I put max temp in the dt 92 at eg 18 why the temp will go up to 21 and stay there

I'm not sure what you mean by "dt 92", but to answer your question...

The room temperature will reach a certain temperature, even with the heating off. If that's 21°C then that's the temperature that will be shown on the thermostat, irrespective of your programming.
