Hi, my boiler won’t stay on, it keeps displaying EA and flashing red reset button
Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: It was working through the night but when I woke at 7 it wasn’t working.

Customer: it is -4 this morning No

Hello, assuming that you have a Worcester boiler, "EA" is a code that indicates flame failure. In other words, the boiler attempted to ignite but was unable to. There are many possible causes of this. You should reset the boiler and see if it happens again. If you tell me the model of boiler then I'll send you a link to the user instructions.
