I have an ignition lockout fault on my Ideal boiler. What can the reason be? I’ve checked the gas supply and the pressure is just over 1
Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: We came back in about half an hour ago. Water is also dripping from underneath.
Assistant: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: About 30 mins and I have a 9 week old in the house with no heating or hot water
Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes if it’s an easy fix
Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?

Hello, I have some questions for clarification:

1. How did you check the gas supply?
2. Do you mean that the system pressure is 1.0 bar?

Regarding the dripping water, that is never a good situation. Could you identify where it's dripping from, or post a photo of that area?
