SCR20 Dimplex Sacrimento. Bought August 2016. Problems in May 18. Engineer came out - put right. Agreed to extension of warranty - til Feb 2019. Fire on - blew with Big Bang - fused other sockets. All other sockets checked. Definitely the fire - checked twice. Very frightening. Electrician has been out to check other possibilities. Anne Venning

Customer: One off but tried twice and blew electrics again. Not safe to put on again.
