HVAC Questions? Ask an HVAC Expert for Answers ASAP
Hello, this sounds like a permanent fault and therefore cannot be fixed, unless you have the skills and tools to diagnose a board-level fault. There's only one thing you can try, which is to reset the CM927 to factory settings and see if it behaves. I expect that it won't, but it doesn't cost you anything to try out. These are the steps:1. Move the slider switch to the OFF mode.2. Press and hold the two 'i' buttons and the two left and right arrow buttons all together - you should see 1:CL on the display.3. Press the + button repeatedly until you see parameter 19:FS.4. Press the 'up arrow' button to change the value to 1.5. Press the green OK button to confirm the change.6. Move the slider switch to the AUTO or MAN positions to exit the installer mode.
Hello, how are you getting on with your CM927?
