Hello
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
The pressure is low. I need help to bring it up
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
Hello are you there
Yes I’l help you.

Could you look under the boiler for a braided stainless steel hose? If you see one, please attach a photo of it and the surrounding pipework.
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
Okay
Please understand that this isn’t a chat window. There will be natural short gaps between responses.

This is the boiler
In the photo that I’ve attached, see the valve circled in green.

You need a broad screwdriver or, preferably, a spanner that fits the square peg. Turn it for a about two seconds and then turn it back to closed - with the slot horizontal. Check the pressure gauge. Repeat this until the gauge needle is in the middle of the green. Do not increase too much!

Thanka ill check it out
BTW that’s a HIU (heat interface unit), not a boiler. Are you in a flat with a shared boiler?

Do you have the instruction manual for your HIU?
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
Yes its a flat. But the manual is very useless doesn't say anything
Let me know when you’ve increased the pressure. If the unit doesn’t start working then look for a reset button!
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
Okay. Trying to get the fitting spanner to loosen it the reset button is near the top flashing light
Ok.

Thanks a lot

You're very welcome. Thank you for your rating :-)

One more thing - it would be wise to monitor the pressure over the next couple of days.
If it drops again then let me know as there might be a leak.
