My Dimplex Cadiz Eco heater has stopped working even though the power light is on.
JA: Is your Dimplex heater gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: Electric. About 3 years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your Dimplex heater? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I've tried to switch on for the first time since around December. Not tried anything so far.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I'm cold?
