My thermostat is flashing as it has lost radio function with the relay box. The light in the relay box is not on
JA: What happened just before your thermostat displayed this message?
Customer: I changed the batteries and it hasn’t worked properly since
JA: How long has this been going on with your thermostat? What have you tried so far?
Customer: 1 day
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: no, I just need to fix it as radiators are coming on and it’s so hot

OK.  The next steps will almost certainly work if the thermostat isn’t faulty.

1. Remove the batteries from the thermostat.

2. Power off the heating so that the receiver/relay box has no power.

3. Wait 10 minutes.

4. Power up the receiver.

5. Insert brand new batteries into the thermostat.

6. Carry out the re-binding procedure - see the following video for guidance.
