OK does anything happen when you try to select mode and select AUTO? Also is light on?
Press MODE until AUTO appears.
Have you tried a different plug?
I meant have you plugged into a different location?
If we are getting noting I agree that we should not open and void warranty. Time to contact the installer and schedule service.
Do you have a dealer you can call or need a number to contact warranty people?
