Please let me know how long will it take to speak to a technician?

Good afternoon, and welcome to the Technical section in Just Answer, an independent paid question and answer platform that matches customers' questions to experts in various skills. My name is ***** ***** I'll be happy to help you today.

I'm sorry to hear of your hot water problem.

So that I can give you accurate guidance, please let me which Icos model you have.

Also, it would be useful to know the current system pressure reading.

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
I have attached a photo of the boiler also unable to tell the current system pressure reading.

Is this a combi, or do you have stored hot water?

This boiler doesn't have a pressure gauge, and you might have a vented system.  Do you have a header tank in the loft?

Many Thanks, ***** solved. All that was needed was to reset button.

I'm sure that the reset button would cause the boiler to reset, but that isn't a solution to anything; you haven't completed the fault-finding and so haven't established the cause of the fault.

I hope the "F" doesn't happen again, but if it does then please tell me what letter is alternating with it.
