Hi we have a blanco water heater and filter. The filter indicator changed from blue/red to green so we thought it was time to change the filter. We have done that and the light is still green. Can you help/

Customer: it started a few days ago so we bought another filter which we have just fitted

What is the model of the Blanco boiler as the green light can mean its in an Eco mode, standby or water temp satisfied depending on the model number.

I have tried to call but there was no answer, the Blanco EVOL - S pro relates to the tap not the boiler, do you have the model number of the boiler under the sink?
