I am a doctor working under tier 2 general visa , my question is
would i be able to work internal locums( working with my sponsor in the same job ), without restrictions .
( i mean working paid extra hours (over time)to cover departmental pressure for example )
i know for supplemntary work i should not work more than 20 hours , but does working extra hours with your sponsor regarded as supplementary ?

Yes, you may work overtime with your sponsor in your main job, this is not regarded as having a second or supplementary job.

Hope this helps
