Customer Question

Hi. I am a british citizen with 3 kids. My husband has applied for ILR. But they havent given the decision yet. I was wondering is there any way that i can delay his ILR? Although we get on recently i have been experiencing problems. Or if he does get his ILR which im sure he will coz the docs are right can i revoke it later on? Many thanx. Very confused what to do

You may get in touch with the Home Office and tell them you wish to withdraw your sponsorship of his ILR, you should do so immediately as it is easier now before he has not yet been issued with ILR then later when he is issued with ILR.

The Home Office has the power to revoke his ILR, not you I am afraid, although you may inform the Home Office about your personal circumstances and let them decide what to do next.

However, if you are having doubts, you should inform the Home Office now/ASAP.

May I help further?
