Hello! I am a British citizen and living with now my wife in Sri Lanka, we were married on 1st May 2014, we lived together for 8 months in Cyprus, can I apply for a UK passport , and two, can I return to the UK and settle down as now I am 61 years old. My wife is Sri Lankan. Thank you.
Yes, as a British Citizen, you are entitled to a British Passport and you are free to live in the UK without any restriction.
Your wife will need a UK spouse visa to live in the UK with you.
