Customer Question

quick question, if we have a NTL card, and away from the country than 2 years, will the card be invalid?. And also if a NTL card holder comes to UK in short time visit  (say a month) once in every two years, will this card be continued to be valid?.

The NTL card holder should not remain out of the UK than 2 years, as the card may get invalidated by operation of law.

The main aim of a NTL card is to give the holder indefinite leave to remain in the UK, coming to the UK a month every 2 years shows that the person is not resident in the UK and is merely a visitor and the card may get revoked at the UK border by an immigration officer.

Hope this helps
