My British born daughter is planning to travel with her South African boyfriend and their son to Cape town where they plan to get married. How will this affect her visa status in South Africa? Would there be any advantage to her getting married before she travels out to South Africa?

Hello,
Yes, if possible, it is advisable to get married before going to South Africa, otherwise she will need to go through South African procedures before getting married including making an affidavit to say she is free to marry etc.
