I have just received my new Jamaican passport, in my old one

Hi i have just received my new Jamaican passport, in my old one I have in indefinite stamp but the new one hasn't. I am planning to on holiday but am afraid that i might not allowed back in the country.
when i got my passport the office advised me to take my old passport with the indefinite stamp and ask for it to be put into the new passport.
do I need any documents other than the passport? clar
