I have been denied a work permit visa from the (BVI) British

Customer Question

I have been denied a work permit visa from the (BVI) British Virgin isles immigration due to having a caution and conviction on my record. These two silly mistakes happened 7 years ago now and I'm still living with this mistake to this day. I signed a 12 month contract to work with Virgin limited but this is getting in my way. I know of people with worst convictions that got into the country just fine recently. How do I go about apealling this decision?
