UK Spouse Visa My partner and myself are about to make a UK

Customer Question

UK Spouse VisaMy partner and myself are about to make a UK Spouse Visa Submission. As she is a Colombian national, I will be her sponsor and need to evidence I earn more than £18,600 earnings. I work via a limited company and an LLP. I have choosen the LLP (non salaried) route to prove my earnings. My (06th April 2017 to 05th April 2018) Self assessment submission and my self assement calculations (SA 302) show a salary of over 30 thousand pounds (plus £8,000 that was paid to me as salary via my Ltd company). The 30k LLP payments are also reflected in a set of unaudited accounts. No problems there. However, my personal bank statements only show £18,582.00 payments coming in as the rest was paid to me on an expenses card. These payment were not deposited into my personal bank account. Where does this leave me? Will the Spouse Visa Application be rejected and is there any other route?

Unfortunately you will not meet the financial requirement if your bank statement does not confirm your income of £30,000
