JA: What steps have been taken? Has any paperwork been filed with the UK government?
Customer: i was denied a visa on the grounds that i overstayed on a previous visa. however, all i did was use the 28 day grace period at the end of a tier 4 study visa while trying to apply for a work permit, and i left the country on the 28th day, when it became apparent that i wont meet be on schedule. schedule.

Customer: No i havent,
