Hi

If it has been 3 years since the caution had been issued then you can apply.

Kind Regards

No it hasn’t been 3 years, but I was told if the caution has been spent it shouldn’t be a problem I’m just confused now

Hi

Please refer to page 19 of the enclosed guidance.

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/770960/good-character-guidance.pdf

Kindly note that spent means, the necessary time has lapsed since the offence. (In your case 3 years)

I hope that clarifies the matter.

Kind Regards

I thought Simple caution spent immediately

Hi

Unfortunately not, you need to wait 3 years before you apply. Please do read the guidance.

Kind Regards

Also I would like to take some else opinion
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Because me myself I read everything what you send me while ago and I’m aware of it but I was told that it should be fine applying

Hi

That's fine but the law is written there in black and white and you wouldn't want to waste your money as if the application is rejected you will not get a refund.

Kind Regards

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I’m very aware of that

All the best
