Good afternoon, if planning to appeal the decision you would have 14 days from date of refusal. How do you know the asylum was refused without a decision?

On the phone he was told a decision has been made an a letter would come no letter has come

He should receive the decision from the home office as he was notified he would. How long as it been since then?
