National and valid residence card issued under ur settlement

Customer Question

I am Indian national and valid residence card issued under ur settlement scheme appendix EU. And I have 2 children who are same visa holder. We are dependent on my husband who is Portuguese national.
Now, Ilwe had flight yesterday and they stopped at airport and told that cannot travel because UK home office doesn’t allow us to be in there. Hey didn’t clarify what reason but they given this letter attached. We have valid rules settlement status as well. Now what to do? As I am outside of the UK and uk embassy is closed here due to lockdown. Who to approach please kindly share suggestions

I can't understand why they stopped you at the airport. I am aware that you will have to quarantine in a hotel in the UK for 10 days and this should be booked prior to your travel.
