What date did her visa expiry?

Expert:  LawyerAk replied 16 days ago.

Under her circumstances covid would be accepted if she has medical evidence to show during the period of export she was sick with covid then she can look at applying for a human rights visa.

I dont believe she ever had a visa. She entered as a tourist and stayed through
Expert:  LawyerAk replied 16 days ago.

Us nationals do not need visa for up to 6 months.

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
she is about 18 months past this period
Expert:  LawyerAk replied 16 days ago.

Did she have covid during this period?

Customer: replied 16 days ago.
i don't believe so
Expert:  LawyerAk replied 16 days ago.

Because 18 months is a long time not to apply for any visa unless she had covid during this period.
