Yes you can submit previous payslips, P60s and request employment record from employer. You should also submit character references.

Also I applied in 2019 but it was refused due to lack of continuous immigration statues in the 10 years period, but said I can apply again from July 2021 when I will have complete 10 years without
Am not too sure this time, so am a bit worried

You should submit up to date character references.

If you have not completed the 10 year period there should be no negative effect on application.

Can I used character reference of previous boss which is written on his current organisation's letter head? Or is it best to write it as personal reference and made mention of our previous relationship ie, he was my boss at xyz company on a plain sheet of paper and not on a letter head?
