Good evening, I am Lawyer Ak and I will be assisting you today.
Once you have obtained indefinite leave to remain in the U.K. then after a year then you are eligible for naturalisation as a British citizen.
When did you first receive your dependent visa?
Then your on the 10 year route so after 4 years you will be eligible for ILR then after naturalisation.
So when we’re you initially granted a visa in the U.K. because if it were from 2015 this is why you would have to await 4 more years.
You can change visas but must have continuous stay without breaks in visa to qualify for ILR.
It was a pleasure assisting you today. Kind regards.
