How much does it cost to ask for advise? My mother is due to

Customer Question

Hi there, how much does it cost to ask for advise?
JA: The answer cost depends on the issue and time to respond. You'll see the exact amount on the next page and can decide then. It's way less expensive and more convenient than any face-to-face visit. What steps have been taken? Has any paperwork been filed with the UK government?
Customer: My mother is due to cost the UK in August from South Africa. She has submitted her application to the high commission already and her appointment is next Tuesday. Yesterday she was called by the police to say that she had stolen razor blades from a shop, she accidental walked out of the shop not realising that she had not paid for them. She has signed an admission of guilt. Will this affect her application to enter the uk on a visitors visa?
JA: Has your mother talked to a lawyer about the visitor visa?
Customer: no
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: no

Is there anything that she can do?
Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Does she need to declare this when she goes for her interview?
Expert:  LawyerAk replied 15 days ago.

Yes she would need to declare this offence otherwise it would be deception.

As her documents were sent before this was issued
Expert:  LawyerAk replied 15 days ago.
That’s fine but if found out by home office then definitely will refuse if they are not notified.
Customer: replied 15 days ago.
I have read that any offence in the previous 12 months will be automatic refusal, is that correct?
Customer: replied 15 days ago.
Non custodial
Expert:  LawyerAk replied 15 days ago.

Customer: replied 15 days ago.
they will refuse it anyway

Is that all the advise that you can give me?
Expert:  LawyerAk replied 15 days ago.
There is a very high chance if you wish to proceed you can submit a cover letter explaining how you have changed since it occurred and character references.
