Would a pending your belt your life course be a refusal for a naturalisation application. It will off course be declared but the applicant has until July to complete the course and he wants to apply for naturalisation now. No convictions no court. Thank you

All driving offenses must be declared, unless it resulted in a criminal offense, for example, went to the court, etc. The application will not be automatically refused.
