3.  If you wish your wife to come to Ireland with you, then you apply for a Join Family visa at the following link https://www.irishimmigration.ie/coming-to-join-family-in-ireland/joining-an-irish-national/join-family-visa/.  This can be pursuant to the EU Directive on Family Reunification or it can be pursuant to your right as an EU citizen to have your family reside with you in Ireland.  So, read the webpage carefully and note the documents you need to submit for your application.
