Hello I am looking for a question regarding my Visa application to UK
JA: Just to clarify, which visa specifically are you asking about?
Customer: settlment spouse visa
JA: Have you already talked to a lawyer about the visa?
Customer: my husband is a British citizen and we want to move back to UK we are currently in UAE

it’s a mandatory requirement to submit A1 life skills IELTS and application can be refused without this.
