Hi
JA: Hi. How can I help?
Customer: My wife is not from the UK and she wants to travel to the UK through a Standard Visit visa as the Spouse visa route is not possible Is it possible for her to come on a visit visa to the UK Or will it be rejected through Visit Visa?
JA: What steps have your wife and the spouse taken? Has she filed any paperwork with the UK government? What country does she live in? If different, what is her citizenship?
Customer: And can she apply for a spouse visa through the UK instead?
JA: Has she talked to a lawyer about the family visa?
Customer: She lives in Sri Lanka and she has not yet filed any paper work with the UK government
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.

Hello
Customer: replied 14 days ago.
Is anyone there
Good morning, I have reported to the customer service that you no longer wished for a call, subsequently, I was unable to text you anymore.

Coming to your question, yes, your wife can apply for a standard visitor visa but if she was previously refused a spouse visa, the Home Office may say that she is not applying as a genuine visitor, so be careful with this.
With a visitor visa, they have to be convinced that she is willing to leave the UK at the end of the visit.

You are most welcome to ask me additional questions you may have.

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Okay thank you
Customer: replied 13 days ago.
She has not yet applied for spouse visa so no rejections
Customer: replied 13 days ago.
How would it be possible to convince that she is willing to leave the UK?

Does she have children in her country of residence? any other family members?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
She doesn't have children but she has her parents where she currently lives

Does she work?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
She does work

Alright, one of the ways to prove is to provide evidence that she has work and income, as this will show financial stability in her country of residence.
Also, if she has parents to look after etc.

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
bank statements and a letter from her employer will help support the visa right?
Customer: replied 13 days ago.
There are no other routes for her to come to the UK apart from the tourist or spouse visa without making the whole process too complicated right?

correct, as well as payslips, etc.

This is not a guarantee that the visa will be approved but it provides some proof that he has some ties to her country of residence.

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
How would we make a case that would Guarantee? To what extent do we need to go to to prove her going back to her country of residence?

Visitor visas are difficult to get because of genuine intention, I have provided information as much as I can but I can not provide guarantees.

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Understood, i guess by providing as much evidence as possible would help further to get the visa

It is correct. Provide as much proof as you can.

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Great

Wish you good luck! Thank you
