I bought a car from the United States on eBay and it is not

This answer was rated:

I bought a car from the United States on eBay and it is not remotely as described, the vendor said he would pay for the repairs, but since I gave him the quote he doesn't want to know!
Can I pursue this either here or in the USA ?
Hi there

According to international law you should sue him in USA
So, you will have to contract a local atorney where he resides and sue him at court
Thank you
