1. A UK lawyer can appear in court under the Lawyer's Services directive and represent his client here. The UK lawyer may also do all other things the client wishes, apart from convey property. so in all respects, the UK lawyer can represent his client in most matters concerning Republic of Ireland law. The only exception is conveying property. Apart from this a uk lawyer can take a case regarding the ROI.
