Hi i am currently on maternity leave and I'm due to go back the end of April my employer contacted me and told me that my hours were going to be the same as they were when left to go off on maternity which was 15 hrs a weeks which had been cut from 25 hours a week 4 months ago, I'm just wondering is it true that your employer is unable to give me more hours or even tell me she can give me more hours till I return, also my employer cut my hours in September and I went off on maternity in oct and she took on a new member of staff 4 weeks b4 I left and gave her 25 hours a week after Cuttimg me 10 hours a week previous, I have asked her to put this I'm writing but she refuses I am a child care worker thanks for your time jodie
