I was finded 400 euro and banded from driving for 6 months under the new drink driving laws having 38ml/100ml i am 3 months into the ban can i apply to have licence back how do i apply and how much does it cost

1. The ability to get a drink driving ban reduced in relation to drink driving has been removed. It is no longer possible to get the ban reduced or the end of it removed, I regret to say. In the past this was possible. But this is no longer the case, I regret to say. The judicial discretion to do so has been removed by legislation.
