I purchased an wellness machine in Canada for 11k USD which

I purchased an wellness machine in Canada for 11k USD which included shipping to Ireland.
Before the shipment cleared customs at Dublin airport it was returned to the supplier without my permission.
The supplier claimed that I had refused the shipment.
I rejected their claim and requested the shipment be resent.
My request was rejected and I was sent a refund credit note for 7.5K USD.
I requested verification of their claim that I had refused the shipment, but my requests were ignored.
I got nowhere with my efforts to resolve the matter directly with the company.
The supplier informed me that they did not have another unit available and posted me a cheque for
7.6K USD which I have in my possession.
The supplier now considers the matter closed.
I am now preparing a submission to the small claims court in BC
JA: Where is this? And just to clarify, when was the purchase made?
Customer: Im in Ireland purchase mage in nov 19 shipped in and returned in feb 20
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: applied to crt in bc who have accepted my application but i want it reviewed and possibly ammended hefore i serve notice
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: just to review my submission and give advice. i was tolk by CRT that there may be a jurisdictional issue also
