warning light

This answer was rated:

interior light stays on and warning sign saying a door is open and it is not .looked at fuses under bonnet they seem fine. tried using spare key still no joy..also doors should lock once you reach 5miles per hour they don't.

if the system thinks a door is open then the auto lock system won't work

the 'door open ' light also covers the bonnet and boot and there's switches in the corner of each opening

so check the state of the closure switches for both the bonnet and boot as the next step
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Can't see anything that looks like a switch under bonnet in boot or the doors. Someone told me the door ones were in the latch, all i could see in there were some rubber stops. What do these switches look like and exactly where are they..thanks.

Hello Jon

the bonnet switch is built into the latch
item 16 in this image, the boot switch is in the same location
