Hello and Welcome..

My name is MIKE - Im happy to help / advise you with this. Sorry to see you have had a wait.

For this to be happening -ie - constant leaking of the new / replacement seals and now you have that noise you mention - this is the cause.. ie, the cause of the noise.. and that is either worn or failing bearings in the diff unit.

What happens is the bearings are wearing excessively or failing - hence the noise - but when they do this they allow / or even cause excessive movement ( oscillating ) where the shaft passes through the seal - and hence, causes the oil leaks.. the oil is allowed then to pass by the seal because of the worn bearings / oscillating.

So Im afraid the unit is going to have to be stripped and assessed as to exactly which bearings need placement etc - once thats done - and yet another new seal I would suggest - then that will cure all this for you.

Im very pleased to have helped you - Do let me know if you need anything more --
