JA: Is the device aftermarket, or did it come with the vehicle?
Customer: came with the vehicle
JA: What is the model/year of your Jaguar?
Customer: 2014 xf sportsbrake
JA: Are you fixing your XF yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: not at the present time was wondering if it is the unit. although i can still get the reversing camera

The touch unit is working for the reversing camera.
The radio.phone and sat navigation are not.
All other equipment on the car works.
The audio vision button is inoperative

I mean a diagnostic or scan to the vehicle computer with a diagnostic scanner tool looking for error/fault codes that can tell us if the vehicle have problems with the module, its connections or something else.

I have identified my problem as being in the touch screen software on start up.
My touch screen is now working.
My son works for jaguar and helped me identify the problem. Thanks for your input
