Hi, I have a Cherokee 2.5td 1998 ,replaced brakes all round including disc's and drums now front near side and rear offside brakes are binding , whilst driving the front near side brake got worse each time I braked I was wondering if proportioning valve could cause this, or the ABS pump

Hi,my name is mike and I will assist you with your question.
Either the abs pump or the valve can cause this problem,however the abs pump is unlikely as this would normally turn the abs and brake light on. The proportioning valve is far more common to cause this issue and from what you are describing is the problem.
